Lake Tahoe’s premiere
audio recording company.

Although officially founded as a State of Nevada Limited Liability Corporation in mid-2013, developing the state-of-the-art live-in facility located in Stateline commenced on November 1st, 2010.

In 2011, Blank Design Group out of San Francisco, CA was commissioned to head the acoustical design of the space. Brian Blank was a pleasure to work with, as he went above and beyond to make sure everything envisioned, acoustically and visually, was incorporated for the final blueprints. The planning, designing and construction of this combination ski cabin-western saloon themed recording studio overlooking Tahoe’s South Shore, took 31 months to complete. It culminated with the first recording being that of Tahoe’s own Dead Winter Carpenters. Their third album, Dirt Nap, was released in January, 2014.
